Harvest Home Dinner

The Beemerville Presbyterian Church's Harvest Home Dinner was first mentioned in the Church's Session Minutes in 1900! The traditional dinner will be held every year on the third Tuesday in July , at the Beemerville Firehouse from 5pm to 7pm. The family style dinner has become a community wide event, Beemerville’s big social event, with folks coming from as far away as Colorado, Maine and Florida to support the Beemerville Church, eat, and enjoy a chat with friends and neighbors. Check our Facebook page for this year's date. Tickets are always available at the door. Or reserve yours by calling the Beemerville Church at 973-875-6760.

Easter Egg Hunt

The Beemerville Church sponsors an Easter Egg Hunt on Palm Sunday after the morning Service. The Easter Egg Hunt starts at 10:30am and is open to the entire community, you need not be a member to attend. Special guests THE Easter Bunny and Mr. EggHead greet children and help with the event. The Beemerville Fire Department gives the EasterBunny a ride to the church, so the kids get to see the fire truck also. Special prize golden eggs and other prizes are awarded. Each of the 750 eggs has its own little treat inside. Bring your own Easter basket to help carry away your special memories.

Sunday with Santa

Santa seems to always stops by the Church during the Children's Sermon, (Sunday before Christmas) because he hears the children singing while he is picking up his reindeer from the Space Farms zoo next door. Santa's reindeer have to go to Reindeer flying school for a week so they are ready for Christmas!

Trunk or Treat

Trunk Or Treat is celebrated near Halloween in conjunction with our sister organization the Beemerville Fire Department. Halloween decorated cars park behind the Beemerville Firehouse across the street from the Beemerville Church. Members of both organizations open their funny, spooky or crazy themed car trunks and serve treats to the little ghosts, goblins, and other kids in Halloween costumes. The specific date varies each year, but it is held after Church 11am on a Sunday.
